Rift & River welcomes qualified inquiries concerning works and properties that it owns, controls, or represents. Rights availability varies by work, intended use, territory, term, and any underlying third-party interests, so each request is reviewed individually.
Licensing Categories
Requests involving master recordings and musical compositions for film, television, advertising, trailers, games, podcasts, online video, social content, live productions, and other audiovisual or commercial media.
A master recording and its underlying musical composition are separate rights and may require separate approvals. Rift & River will confirm which rights it can authorize and identify known additional approval requirements where applicable.
Requests involving excerpts, illustrations, reproduction, educational use, translation, audio rights, dramatic adaptation, film or television adaptation, and other print, digital, or media uses.
Availability depends on the individual work, requested use, territory, format, and rights currently controlled by Rift & River or the applicable rights holder.
Thoughtful commercial and creative collaborations involving artists, titles, characters, series, brands, and original properties—including cross-media development, authorized products, branded content, and aligned promotional collaborations.
Each proposal is reviewed for alignment with the identity of the applicable property; not every opportunity will be accepted.
